There will be an introduction to massage, loose techniques, chiromassage, towel massage, stretching, manipulation, anatomy.
90% of the course will be practical. Small groups maximum 4 people.

This workshop takes place in one day, it is a personalized for a single couple, for 8 hours, it is practical, you will learn a relaxing and sports massage of the whole body, then on a Relaxing Sensory and Thai tatami.
At the end of the workshop there is an accredited diploma for the couple.
